We are trusted to deliver a first class, quality service for major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) such as Siemens, Philips and Hologic, as well as various NHS contracts for Health Trusts.

Our highly experienced Prince2 qualified project managers are attentive to detail, engaging with clients closely to ensure the successful completion of every project.

Comprehensive documentation

Our Project Managers and engineers are responsible for providing comprehensive documentation required by the healthcare market in the UK and Canada, encompassing the requirements of NHS contracts for Health Trusts as well as for private healthcare providers.

This detailed documentation includes site surveys, risk assessments and method statements, in addition to transportation planning and CAD drawings. Each project is also costed carefully.

A project closure report is produced by our engineers and all vital documentation is shared with relevant stakeholders throughout the process.

Risk management

Our risk management strategy analyses and controls the risks involved in any specific project, facilitating effective decision making. Project Managers mitigate any exposure to risks, whist monitoring and controlling any identified risks, as detailed by comprehensive documentation.

For example, our method statements provide clients with an explanation of the engineering plan and risk management strategy for each project.
